1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application or service published by RyuPy (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services. Your continued use of any RyuPy application or website constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

2. Our Applications

RyuPy publishes the following mobile applications for Android:

  • File Man — File manager with cloud storage integration
  • Motion Watch — Motion detection and security camera
  • NFC Emulate — NFC card wallet and emulation
  • TeleSMS — SMS manager with Telegram bridge
  • AdMoola — AdMob and AdSense earnings dashboard

These applications are provided free of charge and do not require account creation. RyuPy may add, modify, or discontinue applications at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use RyuPy Services. In jurisdictions where the minimum age for data processing is higher (such as 16 years in the European Economic Area), you must meet that minimum age requirement. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RyuPy Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using any Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any RyuPy application
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from any RyuPy Service
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or placing an undue burden on any RyuPy Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Redistributing, sublicensing, or reselling any RyuPy application or its components without explicit written permission
  • Using NFC Emulate to access, emulate, or clone cards for systems you are not authorised to use
  • Using TeleSMS to send spam, unsolicited messages, or to engage in any form of telecommunications abuse
  • Attempting to circumvent any security measures, usage limits, or access controls within our applications

5. Device Permissions

RyuPy applications request only the device permissions necessary for their core functionality. Each permission and its purpose is described in our Privacy Policy. All permissions are revocable at any time through your device's system settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit or disable specific features within an application.

6. Advertising

All RyuPy applications display advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using our applications, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements will be displayed during your use of the Services. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a consent form will be presented before personalised advertising data is collected, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos, trademarks, and branding associated with RyuPy and its applications are the exclusive property of RyuPy. No part of our Services may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from RyuPy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

8. Third-Party Services

RyuPy applications integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob — Advertising across all applications
  • Google Play Services — App distribution and in-app updates
  • Google Sign-In / Drive APIs — Authentication and cloud storage (File Man, Motion Watch, AdMoola)
  • Firebase Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics (Motion Watch, TeleSMS)
  • Telegram Bot API — SMS forwarding (TeleSMS)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. RyuPy is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. RYUPY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RYUPY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM RYUPY SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RYUPY, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA OR TRANSMISSIONS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT RYUPY HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RyuPy, its developers, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

RyuPy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
