Privacy Policy

RyuPy develops mobile applications — including File Man, Motion Watch, NFC Emulate, TeleSMS, and AdMoola — designed to be practical, efficient tools that respect your privacy. This policy applies to all applications and services published by RyuPy. We collect only what is necessary for each app to function. All RyuPy apps include Google AdMob advertising; full details are in the Advertising section below.

Advertising — Google AdMob (All Apps)

All RyuPy applications display advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). When ads are displayed, AdMob may collect and process:

• Advertising ID (GAID/AAID) — Your Android device's resettable advertising identifier
• Device information — Device model, OS version, screen size, language, and time zone
• IP address — Used to determine approximate geographic location for ad targeting
• Ad interaction data — Impressions, clicks, and engagement events

This data is processed by Google LLC under Google's Privacy Policy. RyuPy does not have direct access to AdMob's collected data.

You can reset or opt out of personalised advertising at any time via Android Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID.

GDPR / UK GDPR — Consent for European Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our apps display a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any advertising data is collected.

• You may accept or decline personalised advertising
• If you decline, limited non-personalised ads may still be shown
• Right to withdraw consent (GDPR Article 7(3)) — Change your choice at any time via Settings > Privacy > Ad Preferences within the app

Users outside EEA / UK / Switzerland are not shown the consent form; standard personalised advertising applies.

File Man — File Manager & Cloud Storage

• File system access — Requires broad storage permissions to function as a file manager. Files are accessed only as directed by you and are never uploaded to RyuPy servers.
• Cloud connections (optional) — Supports Google Drive, FTP, SFTP / SSH, and WebDAV. Credentials for these services are stored encrypted on your device using secure local storage. RyuPy never receives your cloud credentials.
• Bluetooth file transfer — Used for direct device-to-device file transfers. Android requires Location permission for Bluetooth device scanning — this is an Android system requirement and is not used for GPS location tracking.
• Biometric authentication — Fingerprint or face unlock may be used to protect sensitive folders. Biometric data is processed entirely by the Android system; RyuPy never receives biometric data.
• Local file server (optional) — The app can host a temporary HTTP server on your local Wi-Fi network for file sharing. This is only active when you explicitly enable it and is not accessible from the internet.
• Media playback — Video, audio, and PDF files are played locally on your device.
• AdMob — Advertisements are displayed. See Advertising section above.

Motion Watch — Motion Detection & Security Camera

• Camera & Microphone — Continuously monitors a video feed for motion events. Camera and microphone access is active only while a monitoring session is running.
• Motion detection — All image processing for motion detection is performed entirely on-device.
• Local recordings — Video clips and images triggered by motion are saved to your device's local storage.
• Google Drive backup (optional) — If enabled, recordings are uploaded to your own Google Drive account. Authentication uses Google Sign-In; your Google credentials are never seen or stored by RyuPy.
• FTP backup (optional) — FTP server credentials you configure are stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage.
• Firebase Analytics — Anonymous usage events may be collected.
• AdMob — Advertisements are displayed. See Advertising section above.

NFC Emulate — NFC Card Wallet

• NFC hardware — Reads and emulates NFC access cards (building passes, gym cards, office badges, parking systems).
• Card data stored locally — Card UID, technologies, and profile names are stored in a local SQLite database on your device only. RyuPy has no access to this data.
• Shake gesture — Accelerometer is used to detect a shake for quick card emulation. No motion data is stored or transmitted.
• Card sharing — Card profiles can be shared between devices via Android's share system, only when you explicitly initiate it.
• In-app updates — Google Play In-App Update API is used to deliver mandatory compliance and security updates.
• AdMob — Banner and native advertisements are displayed. See Advertising section above.

TeleSMS — SMS Manager & Telegram Bridge

• SMS / MMS — Reads, sends, receives, and manages messages. All message data stays on your device only.
• Contacts — Accesses your contact list to identify senders and select recipients. Contact data is never uploaded to any server.
• Telegram forwarding (optional) — If you enable this feature, selected SMS messages are forwarded to your Telegram account via the Telegram Bot API. You control which messages are forwarded and can disable this at any time. Forwarded messages are subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• Background service — A background service monitors incoming messages and can start on device boot if enabled. No additional data is collected by this service.
• Notifications — Local notifications for incoming messages are generated on-device.
• Firebase Analytics — Anonymous usage events may be collected.
• AdMob — Advertisements are displayed. See Advertising section above.

AdMoola — AdMob & AdSense Earnings Dashboard

• Google Sign-In & API Scopes — Used to authenticate with your Google account. AdMoola requests these OAuth scopes: admob.readonly, admob.report, adsense.readonly. Read-only — cannot modify your accounts. Your Google credentials are handled entirely by Google; RyuPy never sees your password.
• Earnings data — Revenue statistics are fetched from APIs and displayed in-app. Not stored on RyuPy servers.
• CSV export — Earnings data can be exported as CSV to your device.
• No data shared — Your credentials and earnings data are never shared with RyuPy or any third party beyond the Google APIs.
• AdMob — AdMoola itself also displays advertisements. See Advertising section above.

Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Right of Access (Article 15) — You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification (Article 16) — You may request correction of any inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Erasure (Article 17) — You may request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.
• Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18) — You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Right to Data Portability (Article 20) — You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to Withdraw Consent (Article 7(3)) — Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Right to Object (Article 21) — You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where processing is based on legitimate interests.

Since most data collected by RyuPy apps is stored locally on your device, exercising these rights is often as simple as clearing app data or uninstalling the application. For data collected by Google AdMob, you can manage your preferences through Google's privacy controls at myaccount.google.com/privacy.

Data Retention

• Local app data — Retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the application.
• AdMob data — Retained by Google in accordance with Google's data retention policies.
• Firebase Analytics — Event data is retained for up to 14 months per Google's default settings.
• Telegram messages — Forwarded messages are subject to Telegram's own data retention policies.

Children's Privacy

RyuPy applications and services are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data
• We do not build personal profiles or track you across apps or websites
• We do not store personal data on RyuPy-owned servers
• We do not require account creation
• We do not access your camera or microphone except when explicitly required by app functionality (Motion Watch)

Website Privacy (ryupy.com)

• Google AdSense Advertising — ryupy.com displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. See the Website Advertising section below for full details.
• Cookies — ryupy.com uses essential cookies required for site functionality and advertising cookies placed by Google AdSense for ad personalisation.
• Third-Party Advertising — Google AdSense is the sole third-party advertising provider on ryupy.com.
• Server logs — Our web server automatically records IP addresses, pages visited, browser type, and timestamps. These logs are used for diagnostics and security only and are not linked to individual identities.
• Analytics — We use privacy-focused analytics limited to country-level aggregated data. No individual user tracking is performed.
• Contact form — If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are used solely to respond to your inquiry and are not shared with third parties.

Website Advertising — Google AdSense

ryupy.com participates in the Google AdSense advertising program. Google AdSense uses the DoubleClick cookie to serve ads based on your visits to ryupy.com and other sites on the internet. The DoubleClick cookie does not collect personally identifiable information.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party cookies for advertising by visiting aboutads.info/choices.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when our practices change or when required by law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
