How to Set Up Telegram Forwarding
Navigate to Settings then Telegram Bridge inside TeleSMS.
Create a free Telegram bot via @BotFather and copy the token.
Enter your bot token and your Telegram Chat ID in TeleSMS.
Forward all messages or only from specific contacts, by keyword or message content.
Incoming SMS will now appear in your Telegram chat with sender name, number, and full message text.
