How TeleSMS Works
Setup takes about a minute, and forwarding is entirely optional — skip it and TeleSMS is simply a good SMS app.

Message @BotFather in Telegram and it hands you a bot token. This takes under a minute and costs nothing.
Drop both into TeleSMS settings, then send the built-in test message to confirm everything is connected.
