How to Set Up Telegram Forwarding

The TeleSMS Telegram Bridge lets you receive SMS messages inside Telegram:

  1. Open TeleSMS and navigate to Settings then Telegram Bridge
  2. Create a free Telegram bot via @BotFather and copy the token
  3. Enter your bot token and your Telegram Chat ID in TeleSMS
  4. Set forwarding rules — forward all messages or only from specific contacts
  5. Toggle the bridge on — incoming SMS will now appear in your Telegram chat

Forwarded messages include the sender name, phone number, and full message text. The bridge runs as a background service and restarts automatically when your phone boots.
